Common questions

I bought something but didn't get it.

Close and reopen the game while you're online. A purchase that didn't finish is delivered automatically when the game starts. On iPhone you can also tap Settings › Restore purchases. If a payment is still pending (for example, waiting for a parent's approval), it arrives as soon as it's approved.

I got a new phone. Where are my unlocks?

On iPhone, sign in to the same Apple Account and open the game: your whole resort comes back from iCloud, with everything you bought in it. The Golden Ladle and Quiet Springs also come back on their own on any phone signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account, or tap Settings › Restore purchases.

I deleted the app. Can I get my resort back?

On iPhone, yes, if you were signed in to iCloud: reinstall the game and open it, and your resort comes back (tap Restore if it asks). Settings › Save shows when your resort was last backed up to iCloud. Without iCloud, only if you copied a save code with Export first. On Android, Google's automatic backup usually restores it when you reinstall with the same Google account.

How do I move my resort to another phone?

Between iPhones on the same Apple Account it moves by itself through iCloud. Otherwise (for example, to or from Android), tap Settings › Export on the old phone to copy a save code, then paste it into the Save box in Settings on the new one and tap Import.

Why does the Steam meter say "Resting"?

After a Steam Rush the springs need about half a minute to reheat. The pale bar refills while it rests, and the meter pops back with "Ready!" when splashes fill it again.

How many reward videos can I watch?

Up to 12 a day, and they're always optional. Quiet Springs skips the videos and gives you the rewards straight away.

How long do my attendants work while I'm away?

Two hours of earnings to start. Shrine blessings and a few guests raise that cap.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, use Settings › Privacy choices. On iPhone, tracking permission is in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

Where is my progress saved?

On your phone, and on iPhone also in your own iCloud account, so deleting the app or changing phones doesn't lose it. Reset in Settings starts you fresh and clears the iCloud copy. See the privacy policy for details.
