Privacy Policy

Yuzu Springs is made by NoctisPeak. There's no account, and we don't run servers or analytics, so we never receive your game data. Your data leaves your phone in only two ways, both described below: on iPhone, a backup of your save goes to your own iCloud account, and Google's ad service collects data when you choose to watch a reward video.
Your game data
These are stored in the app on your device and are never sent to us:
- Your resort, guests, seasons and settings
- A list of store transaction IDs, so each purchase is delivered exactly once
On iPhone, if you're signed in to iCloud, the app also keeps a copy of this save in your own iCloud account (iCloud key-value storage), so your resort comes back if you reinstall the game or get a new iPhone. Apple stores it under your Apple Account; we can't see or access it. On Android, Google's automatic app backup may include it under your Google account.
Reset in Settings erases your resort, including the iCloud copy. Deleting the app removes the copy on your phone. Export in Settings copies a save code to your clipboard, only when you tap it.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play under your store account. We never see your name, email or payment details; the app only receives the store's confirmation so it can deliver what you bought.
Reward videos (Google AdMob)
Reward videos are optional: one only plays when you tap a button to watch it. They're served by Google AdMob, which may collect the following to show and measure ads and prevent fraud:
- Device identifiers, such as the advertising ID on Android, or the IDFA on iPhone if you allow tracking
- Approximate location based on your IP address
- Ad interaction and diagnostic data, such as whether an ad loaded or was tapped, and crash data from the ad software
On iPhone the app asks before any tracking, and saying no never changes the rewards. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form asks for your choices first, and you can change them any time in Settings › Privacy choices. Notifications
If you allow notifications, reminders like "your springs are full" are scheduled on your phone. Nothing about them is sent to us.
Children
Yuzu Springs isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
